Merge, split, rotate and reorder PDF pages in Chrome

Combine several PDFs and pictures, pull pages out or put them in a new order, all on your own computer.

Steps

  1. Add PageSnap to Chrome, open All tools, choose Compress and convert and press Merge and split pages (inside the editor, use the Pages group of the Compress and convert toolbox).
  2. Drop PDFs and pictures. Every page appears as a small card, in the order you added them.
  3. Drag pages to reorder them, use the arrows, turn them with the rotate buttons and remove the ones you do not need.
  4. Press Save as one PDF to merge, Save selected only to extract pages, or Save as ZIP to split into single pages or groups.

Good to know

  • PDF pages are copied as they are, so text stays searchable and links keep working.
  • Pictures (JPG, PNG, WebP and more) become one page each.
  • Tick pages, or type a range such as 1-3, 5, to work on only those pages.
  • Need a smaller file afterwards? Use Compress and convert in the same toolbox.
  • Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first.

Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. Pages are read and saved on your computer.

Will the quality drop?

No. PDF pages are copied, not redrawn, so text and images keep their quality.

Can I split a PDF into one file per page?

Yes. Choose Split every 1 page and save the ZIP.
